According to studies done, kindness is contagious, like a yawn, but with a way better result. They actually say that people feel happiness just by seeing another person do a kind act or treat another person with kindness. With all that is going on in the world wouldn't it be a lot better to spread kindness than hate? Wouldn't it be great to actually use all this social media and access to spread happiness and joy instead of sadness and hate?
People view those who are kind as "push-overs" or "weak" when in fact it takes a lot more courage and strength to be nice than it does to be cruel. So go spread a little love and kindness cause you never know how far your one kind act could reach.
